Lucas back for Town against Charlton

DAVID Lucas has recovered from injury in time to start for Swindon in this afternoon's League One clash with Charlton Athletic at the County Ground.

Lucas was absent from the Town side that drew 2-2 with Southend United at Roots Hall last weekend but replaces deputy Phil Smith in between the sticks for today's game.

Vincent Pericard's hamstring continues to frustrate the Robins' most recent acquisition, and the frontman is once again not included in the matchday squad.

But winger Alan O'Brien returns to the bench after completing rehabilitation on a similar problem.

Swindon Town: (4-4-2) David Lucas, Kevin Amankwaah, Scott Cuthbert, Gordon Greer, Lecsinel Jean-Francois; Jon-Paul McGovern, Jonathan Douglas, Simon Ferry, Danny Ward; Charlie Austin, Billy Paynter

Charlton Athletic: (4-4-1-1) Rob Elliot, Frazer Richardson, Sam Sodje, Christian Dailly, Grant Basey; Scott Wagstaff, Nicky Bailey, Therry Racon, Kyel Reid; Jonjo Shelvey; Akpo Sodje
