We draw our first game at home in 16, having won the previous 15. All the teams around us won.... ah hang on Crawley drew away at Burton and Shrewsbury couldn't even beat Aldershot at home. Silly me we are in such a bad position..... Those of us who watch from time to time and those of us who watch EVERY game, all know we need one maybe two 20 plus goal strikers to turn us into a really really good side. I'd expect the board the be abcking Paolo to buy one at least before next season. I also wouldnt expect all the players here on loan to be here next season when we are in Division 1. Have a good day... Back to back promotions coming. Watching the birth of a managerial legend.
as i argued with some bloke walking to the bus station, name one player? who will score 20+ let alone two. not many players has even reached 20 goals this season in any division, and dont say cox and wasters like him as they are greedy twaats who are just interested in£££££££££
    ££££
if i could give you £3million to get these so called players who would you get TELL ME PLEASE im getting so frustrated again.
SUPER KEVIN PHILLIPS I TOLD YOU LOT 2 SEASONS AGO WE SHOULD HAVE SIGNED HIM AS PLAYER MANAGER, AFTER THE WILSON SHAMBLES OF MILWALL AWAY IN THE LEAGUE

Di Canio - My players were lions

PAOLO Di Canio took heart from Swindon's performance against Bristol Rovers, despite the Robins being held to a goalless draw.

Town had plenty of huff and puff but were unable to find a way past Rovers' keeper Scott Bevan.

Alan Connell hit the underside of the crossbar in the first half while substitute Paul Benson headed just wide of goal.

The draw brought to an end an impressive winning run in league on home soil, but Di Canio believes more performances like today's will ensure Swindon win more than they lose before the season is out.

"We had 11 lions out there with discipline and desire," he said.

"It was a fantastic game, but we just couldn't keep it going for 95 minutes.

"I am happy, but I would have been happier with the three points.

"We can't win every game but we are talking about a team who are top of the league with games in hand."
