Great game today we didnt score but the gas didnt either. We cant win every game and you just have to accept that if teams come and kick lumps out of our players, push, handle the ball and get away with it they will. Ritchie should have been booked today for dissent but I guess the ref (as poor as he was ) realised he wasnt protecting him and just gave him a ticking off in front of Mc Cormack (same for Ferry who gace a gobful to the lino) 8 games left I think we need 8 points to go up. best we can hope for ove rthe next 2 games is 2 points but that still means we are on course to go up as champoins. Keep the faith fellow fans.

Di Canio - My players were lions

PAOLO Di Canio took heart from Swindon's performance against Bristol Rovers, despite the Robins being held to a goalless draw.

Town had plenty of huff and puff but were unable to find a way past Rovers' keeper Scott Bevan.

Alan Connell hit the underside of the crossbar in the first half while substitute Paul Benson headed just wide of goal.

The draw brought to an end an impressive winning run in league on home soil, but Di Canio believes more performances like today's will ensure Swindon win more than they lose before the season is out.

"We had 11 lions out there with discipline and desire," he said.

"It was a fantastic game, but we just couldn't keep it going for 95 minutes.

"I am happy, but I would have been happier with the three points.

"We can't win every game but we are talking about a team who are top of the league with games in hand."
