FORMER Leeds midfielder Jonathan Douglas is being linked with a move to Swindon.

According to reports in Yorkshire the Irishman, who left Elland Road when his contract expired in May, is on Danny Wilson's radar.

The Town boss has made no secret of his desire to boost his midfield options - particularly a ball-winner in Douglas' mould - having lost out on Owain Tudur Jones to Norwich.

Douglas has Premier League experience with Blackburn Rovers and also captained Leeds, and is believed to favour a switch to the Championship, but Wilson's plans for the future at the County Ground could persuade him to stay in League One.
