I'D like to start by saying a special well done' to Sean Morrison who was named Apprentice of the Month for all the 72 Football League clubs.
It is great recognition for Sean and the club, and his hard work on the pitch and off the field in the educational side of his scholarship has paid off.
As coaches, myself and Paul Bodin are very pleased with Sean and the progress he's made, and the fact he has been involved with the first team squad is an incentive to the rest.

I really hope he gets the chance of a first team appearance between now and the end of the season. It would be a great way to end a very good season for him.
More good news came in the form of £10,000 from the Swindon Town Supporters' Club to fund our Centre of Excellence trip to the Northern Ireland Milk Cup in the summer.
It is a fantastic gesture and they do a tremendous job in raising funds for us.
It will cover the whole of the trip and means that I don't have to go and see the chairman asking for funding to go to the tournament.
The Milk Cup is at the start of August and traditionally we have a very good record at it. I think we've brought back some sort of award in each of the last five times we've entered it.
We'll face the likes of Chelsea, Watford, Reading, Irish county clubs and some of the best teams in the world, so it will be a very good test for our youngsters.
We had a good weekend, with both the under 16s and under 18s getting draws against Exeter and Cheltenham respectively.
I took the under 16s down to Exeter and they put in a good performance. We had a few players playing up an age group as well and they did very well.
The under 18s took on Cheltenham and we had a trialist from Fulham playing at left-back. He did okay, but unfortunately was not quite what we required so he was let go.
